Add Your Network

If your network is interested in joining the Networks for Clinical Research inventory, please review the Criteria for Networks for Clinical Research below. If you believe your network meets the eligibility criteria please complete and submit the Core Survey. You may contact us at Help@ClinicalResearchNetworks.orgto request a copy of the Core Survey or you may download the survey below. All fields are required. After reviewing the submitted Core Survey, if your network meets the project criteria for a CRN, you will be notified via email. With your approval, this information will be displayed as the network profile on the web site. For more information visit the FAQs on Adding Your Network.

Core Survey

Complete the Core Survey to include your network in the Networks for Clinical Research Inventory of clinical research networks. The completed survey may be emailed to Help@ClinicalResearchNetworks.org, faxed to 1-877-885-9653 or mailed to the address provided at the end of the survey.
